An integrated Practice Management System should lie at the heart of
an IT efficient law firm and our LawPro product is the result of
many years of experience of designing software for lawyers. LawPro
assists at every step from capturing client and matter details
through managing money laundering checks, recording time and
financial transactions, producing and managing documents including
the bill, to generating audit and management reports.
LawPro Case Management is designed to take the sweat out of fee
earning work by building on the client and matter details held in
accounting records to automate document production, provide
reminders and maintain a history of actions and create a complete
electronic record of the case. Workflows can be designed to define
all of the steps for repetitive work types such as debt collection
and conveyancing. These can then automate many of the steps in the
process reducing the time taken and increasing your profitability.
Contact Relationship Management
LawPro’s contact database will hold all of the details for third
parties such as other law firms, banks, courts etc. for use by the
case management module but it can also assist in the firm’s marketing
strategy. If you organise events or seminars or send out newsletters
then LawPro can assist by automating the process and keeping track of
responses. Recipients of marketing information can be selected by
criteria that you define or by general criteria such as age or sex or
geographic location.
The LawPro Estate Agency module is for firms who specialise in
selling property and lets you store details of properties that you
are selling for clients and link these with details of people
looking for property, viewing, offering or purchasing. Enquirer
details recorded will include criteria specified for their property
search such as price band, location, number of rooms etc. and these
can then be matched against properties currently on file.
Legal Aid Case Management and Billing

This is an area in which we specialise and we can help you to spend
as little time as possible on the paperwork aspects of being a
lawyer by automating and speeding up the process of recording all of
your billable time and activities. All of your case details are held
centrally, simplifying access and automating the production of
standard letters and forms. The vital step of getting that bill to
SLAB then becomes a simple click of a button instead of taking days
and costing some of your hard earned fees in law accountants’ bills.
