Most firms will have many years of data held in their existing systems and setting up a new system from scratch is not an option. An electronic transfer of all of your data including all your transaction or posting history can nearly always be achieved and is a completely painless way of migrating to a new system.

If you have multiple databases of information for different purposes such as wills, titles, non-client contacts or case management records, we will be able to merge them all into one Practice Management database.

We have experience of transferring most of the systems in use in Scotland, having successfully migrated data from GB, CB, Soroba, Solicitec, Pilgrim, Usher (Aim) and Axiom systems.

When we convert your data we do an initial extract and conversion which we give you back to check and to use as a testing and training environment. Once you are happy that the conversion has been successful, we jointly choose a date on which to take a copy of your data that will become the live version and this is turned around in a few days (usually over a weekend) and you are off and running!
