is included in your monthly subscription. This means that the only application
that you need to have on the computer accessing the Internet is a browser but
you still have access to all the same application software and documents and
files no matter where you are. The computer can be a Windows PC, Mac or Netbook
– it just has to have a browser.
Security
Our hosted service runs on servers provided
by Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud one of the largest providers of hosted servers.
We operate these in conjunction with our partners
Accesspoint Technologies, specialists in all aspects of cloud computing. The
Amazon Service Level Agreement commitment is 99.95% availability. Your data is
backed up daily and the backups are stored on separate servers.
Operational Support and
Additional Services
The hosted software model means that we
effectively become your in-house IT department with access to fault fix and tune
all aspects of the network providing your service and all of the software that
runs on it. This relieves you of all concerns and un-planned costs associated
with using the software. For an additional charge, we can provide book-keeping
services or short term help or advice.
