LawPro Estate Agency
module lets you store details of properties that you are selling for
clients and link these with details of third parties involved with
the sale in a variety of roles from having requested details of the
property through viewing, offering and purchasing.
Enquirer details recorded will include criteria specified for their
property search such as price band, location; number of rooms etc.
and these can then be matched against properties currently on file.
A
link from the property screen will take you to the matter record for
the sale to allow easy access to progress on the conveyance
including accounting details such as outlays incurred. A reverse
link from the matter screen provides access to the property
details.
Property details can be searched by any combination of criteria such
as price and location to find all matching properties.
Data from the property and enquirer database can be merged into Word
documents to automate letter and form production or bulk merged to
send to multiple recipients. Documents and letters can then be filed
against either a property or a person as can any other documents
such as maps, photographs or floor plans. Printed reports on current
and historical details for property and people can be produced.
