 Time Recording

Time and expenses can be recorded directly by fee earners from their desks or can be entered centrally if preferred. The flexible time recording rate structure will cater for the simplest to the most complex approach to billing including legal aid rates.

On-screen time clocks can be used to time suitable activities such as telephone calls or drafting and time captured is added to your active time sheet.

Time sheets can be daily or weekly and time can be recorded in 5, 6, 10, 15 or single minute units.

Any number of rate levels can be set - examples would be standard, premium and legal aid and rates can be set practice wide, for individuals or groups or categories of individuals. Rates can also be set for specific clients or matters.

Non-billable time can also be recorded and if a minimum number of hours must be accounted for, then this is set in a parameter.

Expenses such as travel costs can be entered from the timesheet.
