Support and Development
Support and development of PPS software is under the
control and direction of Derek Bruce who is also the architect of
LawPro. Derek has more than 20 years experience in the development and
support of software for lawyers.
Support
As a condition of
our support contract we require that you provide remote access to your
system, preferably by broadband. Many support calls can be answered by
advice given over the telephone but where this is not possible and it is
necessary to see a problem replicated in order to provide a fix, then
this will be done by accessing your system remotely to deliver the
solution. Support calls can also be logged by email.
